Our Process

1. Receive customer case from client.
2. Make contact with customer for information and introduction as case handler.
3. Organise site visits for our engineers to assess the customer's case.
4. Produce a written report, which assesses liability and recommends any remedial actions that may be required.
5. After our client has approved the chosen remedial action, the work is organised and completed.
6. The customer signs a satisfaction note once happy with the completion of the works.
7. The client is invoiced for the project once the case has been resolved.
