Jack Lobaczewski
Founder and Managing Director
Jack Lobaczewski drives the company's success as a leading provider of sustainable energy solutions. With a strong commitment to sustainability, employees, and the local community, RSUK Group stands out in the industry.
Jack's career reflects his relentless drive and determination. Starting with an accountancy apprenticeship and gaining his AAT Level 2 qualification, he excelled in roles typically reserved for graduates. In 2016, he founded Ecoscheme Remedial Management and became the General Manager of multiple companies, including Ecotrol Limited.
In 2022, Jack's expertise as General Manager caught the attention of a major UK bank, leading to RSUK Group's formation.
Initially focused on remedial solutions, the company quickly evolved to meet industry demands. Under Jack's leadership, RSUK Group revolutionises the sustainable energy landscape while prioritising client satisfaction and building strong relationships.
Jack's personal qualities - drive, ambition, tenacity, and worth ethic - contribute to his success. He values continuous learning and excels in client relations and managing relationships.
Bruno Hickson
Managing Director
Bruno Hickson, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role. Graduating in 2000 with a BA (Hons) in Business Studies, Bruno has held significant positions, including Director roles at LEW Electrical Distributors Ltd and Ecotrol Ltd.
Bruno's expertise lies in team leadership, delivering exceptional customer service, and project management. He takes a great interest in working with cutting-edge technologies, particularly in the field of renewables. Throughout his career, Bruno has had the privilege of leading talented individuals in successfully executing projects related to electrical and renewable materials distribution, as well as construction ventures, including those spanning multiple sites.
In addition to his professional endeavours, Bruno finds fulfillment in teaching and training the next generation and he believes that hard work and continuous learning are crucial for achieving success.
Dominic Smith
Multitrade Supervisor
Dominic started his journey as a plumber at a young age, starting with an apprenticeship that laid the foundation for his exceptional skills in the trade. Today, he stands as a highly qualified plumber, renowned for his expertise in hitting high-quality bathrooms and proficiently repairing them.
Dominic effortlessly turns his hand to various tasks and has gained extensive experience in multiple trades. His comprehensive knowledge extends beyond plumbing, encompassing roofing, joinery, electrical work, and the installation and repair of kitchens and CCTV systems. This enables him to provide comprehensive solutions to meet the diverse needs of our valued clients.
At the forefront of cutting-edge technology, Dominic specialises in the installation of solar PV systems and EV chargers throughout the UK. Passionate about green energy solutions, he recently acquired qualifications in the installation of air source heat pumps and is actively working towards becoming gas qualified.
Driven by his commitment to environmental sustainability and innovation, Dominic feels privileged to be part of a forward-thinking team that shares his vision for a greener future. His enthusiasm for embracing new technologies and driving positive change makes him an invaluable member of our team.
Andy Hutchinson
Electrical Supervisor
With years of experience in the construction industry, Andy has honed his skills and knowledge to become a fully qualified electrician. Starting his journey as a labourer and working his way up to becoming a skilled plasterer, Andy’s passion for excellence led him to retrain and specialise in electrical work. Now, he has discovered his true calling in the renewables sector with RSUK Group.
As electrical supervisor at RSUK Group, Andy’s expertise extends beyond traditional electrical services. He is a reliable professional who travels across the UK, collaborating with multiple trades to ensure that customers' systems are up and running efficiently. His focus lies in the maintenance side of solar energy, providing invaluable support to clients who rely on renewable energy sources.
Andy’s qualifications speak for themselves. He holds the prestigious 2391-52 testing and inspecting certification, showcasing his meticulous approach to ensuring the safety and functionality of electrical systems. Additionally, Andy is Part P qualified, demonstrating his commitment to adhering to electrical safety regulations and standards. With his up-to-date knowledge of the 18th edition, Andy stays at the forefront of industry advancements and guarantees that your electrical needs are met with professionalism and compliance.

Harry Hickson
Electrical Apprentice
Meet Harry, our talented electrical apprentice who is on his way to completing his MOET qualification with outstanding success. With a solid engineering knowledge base and impressive academic achievements, Harry brings a wealth of expertise to our team.
Specialising in large-scale commercial installations, particularly in warehouses and student accommodation, Harry's skill set covers a wide range of areas. From electrical wiring and test and inspection to commercial installations, maintenance operations, instrumentation, control panel wiring, control circuits and PLC, domestic installations, and project management, Harry is well-equipped to handle various electrical projects.
Harry's exceptional abilities have been demonstrated through remarkable accomplishments. For instance, he independently installed outdoor power access for refrigeration units and supervised emergency lighting on a catwalk above a freezer store. These achievements showcase his dedication and proficiency.
Furthermore, Harry has received comprehensive training in maintenance operations at HETA, gaining hands-on experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance. He consistently excels in engineering theory qualifications, reflecting his commitment to continuous improvement. Prior to joining us as an apprentice, Harry successfully managed operations for clients as an Operations Coordinator , implementing cost-saving initiatives.
